SentriKey Re-Design

Product Design

SentriKey (SKRE) is an subscription based app for agents, brokers, and admins in the real estate market to edit their listings, showings, and SentriLock lockboxes.

In this project my personal role was conducting interviews, laying out a project timeline, mocking prototypes, creating a working design system, and presenting to stakeholders.

Project Overview

The Product:
SentriKey Web

Project Duration:
2 Years

The Problem:
The company worked on a legacy system that was very outdated. This caused users to send feedback stating that the system did not feel uniform causing many pain points.

Goals:
-Improve overall structure within company practices to accomodate user needs.
-Introduce UX research including interviewing & analytics.
-Spearhead design QA efforts for developers, to create a streamline approach to have uniform designs.
-Create a working design system to be recycled within Figma.

The Numbers:
-User drop-off decreased by 35% on pages that adopted new navigation.
-25% decrease in calls to helpdesk.
-1 minute reduction in time from an average 4 minute user session once new navigation had become established.

Atlanta University Center

UI Design

https://aucartcollective.org/

AUC is the leading incubator of African-American museum and art world professionals in the United States and abroad. “the world’s oldest and largest association of historically Black colleges and universities. The Consortium is a vibrant intellectual community with a long tradition of scholarship, service, and community engagement.”

In this project my personal role was adapting the local style and brand guidelines of the current website that was currated from the Nebo Agency and created two more page options that were handed down from our UX design team. This includes a program materials page which introduces the different options available to order informational programs, and a materials request form that introduces a form feature to request the programs above. Afterwards I worked closely with the Front and Back end team to make sure it’s within specifications of the brands Identity and values.

“Every law firm likes to say that they are full-service. In reality, Morris, Manning & Martin is what our clients need us to be. We are their counsel, their advisors, and, many times, their friends. Their success drives us. Their satisfaction compels us. We earn their respect and trust. Why? At the end of the day, our clients’ successes are the Only true measure of our success.“

In this project my personal role was creating a user interface that matched the brand guidelines of MMM Law and complimented their overall brand guidelines and created an atmosphere that was easily accesible to their audience and reduced clutter where it was needed most.
